Michigan Tuesday: Recruiting News

  • Demar Dorsey: Seems to be off the board for the Wolverines. Reports are that he committed to Florida State. Michigan was always a long shot for Demar but it seems he will stay in-state at FSU.

  • The Talbott Brothers: Terry took a visit this past weekend to North Carolina and reports are that he is currently torn between Michigan and UNC. His brother on the other hand, Terrance is firmly committed to the Wolverines. Will the brothers split up? Or will Terry come to Ann Arbor with his brother? Terry is a DT and Terrance is a DB. Coach Rod is planning an in house visit with the boys in the next week.

  • RR is also planning an in home visit with Sean Parker before signing day.

  • The reports are that Antonio Kinard is on track to be academically eligible for enrolling at Michigan this summer/fall, the last hurdle is the Ohio exit exam.

  • Earnest Thomas is an in-state safety with offers from UCLA, Penn State, Illinois, WVU and others. He visited Minnesota last weekend. Michigan currently has not offered Thomas and there are questions if he will get a last minute offer or not. I believe the Michigan coaches are more interested in Knight and Parker at this point.

  • Michigan vs MSU tonight at 7:00pm ESPN, Manny is back.

  • Then there was 3: Not with standing a surprise Michigan's final 3 are: Parker, Knight, and Grimes.

  • Michigan's 2010 class is currently rated #9 on Scouts and #18 on Rivals.
