Michigan Tuesday: A Couple of California 5 Stars Thinking About Visiting Ann Arbor

2015 is going to be another small class for the Wolverines.  This year the coaches seems to be taking their time in evaluating players and sending out offers.   The class right now has 8 players and there might be only 7-8 spots left in the class.

One of the rules in recruiting is many West Coast prefer to stay on the West Coast and will elect to attend places like UCLA, USC or Oregon.    Two California 5 stars have expressed interest in Michigan and are planning to take some visits to Ann Arbor.

First is 5 star CB Iman Marshall who is planning a visit to Ann Arbor in July and the Wolverines are expected to get one of his official visits as well.  Iman is good friends with Freddy Canteen who is already making waves that he could be a contributor this Fall as a true freshman.

Second is WDE Keisean Lucier-South who has had strong interest in the Wolverines from the beginning of his recruitment.  He says he hears from Wolverine commitments everyday and is looking forward to spending more time with them at the Opening in a week.    With USC and UCLA in his backyard, it's going to be hard to pull Lucier-South East.

  • ESPN's Chad Ford latest mock NBA Draft has Nik Stauskas as the #10 draft pick.   My man has come along way since last summer!  Congratulations Nik!

  • Jim Delany took the stand in the Ed O'Bannon Case and said things like this: "There wouldn't be a Rose Bowl if either they or we were operating in a very different wavelength in terms of paying players," Delany said."   Wow, I didn't think spending money and better health care for the players would take down the Rose Bowl.  Ed and his lawyers should drop the case right now.
