Wolverine Wednesday: "You Either Apply Pressure or You Feel It"

There hasn't been much coming out of practice regarding real practice news.   The QB's are said to be a little "rusty" and not throwing very accurate balls.   The time off and the All American's in defensive secondary might have something to do with that.

  • Here is a fair article on Jimmy's Spring Break from Dan Wetzel and Yahoo.  Please check it out if you get a chance.

  • ESPN's take from Mgovideo

  • When I say a recruit is in Michigan's backyard, I usually mean Detroit or Flint.  They actually lost a recruit from their backyard yesterday when Pioneer High Athlete Antjuan Simmons committed to Ohio State.

  • Don Brown on his new LB's:  "Ben Gedeon has stepped up. Furbush is doing a good job. "Pep" is doing a good job. I'm really happy with (Mike) McCray. I think for the first time in his career, he's healthy. I'm liking what I'm seeing out of him. We have a lot of young guys that are learning too, but I like my initial impressions of them right now."

  • Don Brown on his defensive approach:   "You either apply pressure or you feel it. I'm not big on the feeling it, so we're going to apply it."  Love that!

Hope Mike McCray is healthy and can play....

Moving Peppers to OLB could be a great move...
