Wolverine Wednesday: News and Notes

  • Michigan Basketball lost to Purdue last night on a couple of questionable officials calls.

  • Karan Higdon announced he will be coming back for his senior year.   This is a very deep RB draft and that is a very smart decision.

  • With only a few 2018 players left after the early signing period, many guys are going to get a lot of exposure and new offers.  OT Jarrett Patterson that Michigan is recruiting just got offered by ND.   DB Olaijah Griffin also just got offered by FSU.

  • 2018 3 Star CB from Rochester, Vincent Gray is starting to get a few predictions to Michigan.  I believe Vincent will visit Ann Arbor this weekend.

  • Former Michigan assistant Jerry Montgomery got hired by Texas A&M to coach the DL.

Side Note:  Can someone tell me where these guys get their hair cut?   I really don't want to go there by mistake.   $100M and an NFL Owner - Lets find a better solution boys!

Enos will be a widereciver coach. His salary is 150k, down from 800k he got at Arkansas. If he takes on the responsibility of a OC coordinator his salary jumps to 750k according to his contract.

Something does not seem right here. Who in their right mind would take such a pay cut? I feel like JH and Enos have an aggrement that he will be the OC coordinator soon, son as eith pep or Derveno leave. Again I think pep will leave.
