Wolverine Wednesday: Happy Halloween

  •  Jimmy did confirm today on the radio that Gary continues to work hard to get back on the field and that its safe to assume that Tarik will play on Saturday.

  • DJ Durkin is back at Maryland and its a bit shocking.  His program seemed out of control and of course a student athlete tragically died.   I have no idea on how he is going to recruit kids to Maryland.

  • Jimmy said, he is going to keep a board of kids dressed as him that trick and treats at his house tonight.  He thinks its very cool they do that!

  • No Surprise Michigan is ranked #5 in the Playoff committee.  I sure hope the Wolverines haven't been watching ESPN during the past two weeks on how great they are and how they are going to run the table.
Recruiting News:

  • Five-star athlete Quavaris Crouch from Charlotte will visit Ann Arbor this weekend.  As you might remember, the coaches asked him to re-schedule his original visit for the Wisconsin game.    Crouch is a RB and LB and most expect him to play LB at Michigan as the Wolverines have 2 RB's in the class.

  • Michigan yesterday offered another sleeper basketball/football player from St. Louis in Amauri Pesek-Hickson, a 6-foot-3, 220-pound athlete.  He only has one football offer to date but starting to get a lot of interest in the 2019 class.   He will visit Michigan on 12/8.  Jimmy's brother-in-law is the person finding these prospects.

  • MA CB Mike Sainristil will take an unofficial to Ann Arbor this weekend as well.  He was over for the BBQ but committed to VA Tech.  He has now de-committed and reconsidering the Wolverines
