Jimmy was expected to be in home with top recruit Zach Harrison last night. No word yet on how that visit went. Zach is planning on enrolling early so he has less then two weeks to make his final decision before the 19th early signing period. The thinking is that Zach is still leaning towards the Wolverines but the people around him still want him to be a Buckeye and the train wreck didn't help that situation. Zach was never a huge fan of Urban, so him leaving doesn't really change things for the talented DE.
- Steve Wiltfong has changed his crystal ball prediction from Georgia to Michigan for OT Trever Keegan. TK is expected to announce his commitment a week from today on the 14th.
- Sam Webb is saying a "mystery" offensive lineman is visiting Ann Arbor today. This player is committed to another program and isn't interested in making his visit public yet.
- The last weekend before the early signing period (12/14-12/16) is going to be busy in Ann Arbor, expected to visit include: Miami Commit LB Anthony Solomon, FL TE Sam Snyder former Louisville commit, KC OT Danielson Ike, and new DT offer D'Von Ellies (not confirmed yet).
- New WR Coach Ben McDaniels went in home with Giles Jackson last night.
- Cleveland 4 star LB Tommy Eichenberg committed to OSU last night. He was a former BC commit and Michigan offered late. Tommy wanted a Ohio State offer and got one late in the process.
- Former KSU Head Coach and 2018 Michigan Offensive Analyst, Ron Price was named the head coach at Howard University. That is two former head coaches that spent one year with Jim Harbaugh and got a new HC role.
- Michigan has offered a new 2020 QB JD Johnson from Phoenix
- Devin Bush was named to the Walter Camp All American Team 1st Team. Chase was named to the second team.
- Georgia Tech has hired Temple's Geoff Collins as their next head coach. Liberty has also hired Hugh Freeze former head coach of Shea Patterson at Ole Miss.

That would make 29 commits unless we see some decommits
Assuming all true seniors leave with the 5th year guys that's 16 open spots.
We are 2 under the list right now so that makes 18 open.
Gary and Bush (If he leaves) would make 20 open.
Any way you slice it there's going to be alot of attrition on the current roster.

We need speed at the CB position. OSU exposed us big time. I know coach brown likes tall CB's but we need speed as well.
I don't think Nordin will leave. If shay stays Peter's is good as gone.
Do you think all true seniors will leave? Doesn't that include Jon Runyan and Zach Gentry.
I don't have any inside information but I would expect both of those guys back next year.
I do agree with your main point, there will be lots of attrition. Patterson or Peters will be gone, maybe both. Along with Bush and Gary some defenders will enter draft. There will probably be someone on offense that leaves early that has us scratching our heads. After spring there could be more attrition when 2019 depth charts/ playing time is apparent to kids.
I'm only assuming when we have 24 commits and looking to take about 5 more... Unless some of those are told sorry look elsewhere like the DT than just left

Speed at CB? The fastest guys on the team are cornerbacks (Long & Thomas), only Watson's lack of speed was exposed by ohio.

Coach Harbaugh is not going any where and I'm happy. 16-17 years old kids will change their minds and this isn't the first nor the last time something like this will happen. Sometimes that's how the cookie crumbles and we take it in stride and keep moving forward. Good luck to Dax Hill, but let's put focus on our kids and those that are coming in. Go blue!

Two things you can't take seriously in sports...players and coaches...when they say that they are committed, next thing you know they turnaround do the exact opposite...watching Michigan football for the past 25yrs, I came to realize is that we are just a average football team...1 shared championship in last 70yrs...you can't expect a new born to start running, so you can't expect too much out of Michigan...So my question to everyone is why set yourself up for disappointment every year?
Sports can't be taken literally, it is only for entertainment. Stop being so overly sensitive when someone expresses their honest assessment of our football team.

Hi Steve, he told me Pep didn't want to take that job. He didn't not say as to why.... I think he is waiting for better opportunity or maybe head back to NFL.
