New LOI's Received:  (all 19 received)

There is some discussion about Hayes and Wile LOI's.  ESPN is reporting Michigan got all 19 which would include them but there is some question if Justice and Matt's has made it to Ann Arbor yet.

• TE, Chris Barnett is planning to announce in about an hour between Michigan and Arkansas.  That is a change from wanting to wait until Saturday.
