- The Michigan coaching staff has offered 2013 WR LaQuon Treadwell from Illinois. LaQuon is a teammate of 2012 Michigan verbal Anthony Standifer. The buzz on LaQuon is that he loves Michigan and might just end his recruitment real soon. He is 6'3 183 pounds (doesn't have a star rating yet).
- California WR Darius Powe still has Michigan in his top 5. He plans to visit Ann Arbor after the season.
- Kyle Kalis had a funny comment about his commitment to Michigan (bold is mine) : "It was just the great family atmosphere at Michigan. All the kids in the class … I'm close with Tom [Strobel] and Bri'onte [Dunn] - Bri'onte's not in the class, but I'm close with all these guys. Chris Wormley, all these guys - Maggs [Erig Magnuson]. The coaches - it just felt like a family there. It felt like home."
- Anyone think MSU is a little nervous on what is going on in Columbus? They gave Dantonio an extension this week. If OSU calls he is gone in a New York minute.
