Wow, what a strange weekend for the Big Ten. Take a look:

Penn State at Minnesota: This is step 1 in boring games of the week in the Big Ten. Penn State doesn't play well on the road and it's going to be cold in Minnesota in November. Minnesota has been playing pretty good football after their trip to Ann Arbor, Penn State hasn't been playing well after their win against Michigan. Vegas is confused on this one and is making the Golden Gophers less then a field goal favorite (2.5). Minnesota 24 Penn State 17
Illinois at Indiana: This is step 2 in boring games of the week. Neither team plays defense, take the over! IU is a -10 point favorite at home. Indiana 51 Illinois 42
Iowa at Purdue: This is the third boring game of the week. Purdue is terrible and Iowa is rebuilding. Iowa is a -15 in this game. Iowa 21 Purdue 10
BYU at Wisconsin: Welcome to September! Talk about the strangest game of the week in the Big Ten. Both teams like to run the ball and light up the scoreboard. BYU will spread you out and Wisconsin will power right at you. I don't think BYU is ready for those big Wisconsin lineman. Wisconsin is a 7.5 favorite and I think they win pretty easy. Wisconsin 38 BYU 21
Instead of playing each other, Ohio State and MSU are off.
