- The rumor amount of the Nike contract is $10M+, which would be double what they are paying their highest contract in FSU. Financial figures will be out next week.
- Utah CB Dominique Hatfield has be suspended indefinitely, I would assume that means he would miss the Michigan game.
- Brandon Peters is at the Elite 11 Finals and seems to be doing well, here is Scouts take: Was one of the most consistent passers all morning. Was just hot from the get-go on day one. Looked athletic and threw the ball with very little effort. The Michigan commit really dropped the ball into the basket for receivers and it looks like the Wolverines have a lot to be excited about.
- Michael Onwenu and Naseir Upshur are also at the Nike Opening Event this week.
- Three-star WR Chase Claypool from Canada who visited weeks ago is expected to announce his decision at the Opening. Expect an ND or Oregon decision.
