Quick update on Charles Matthews and his NBA Draft status. Charles has worked out for some teams and still hopes to get a late invite to the NBA combine in Chicago, if someone cancels or can't patriciate due to injury. He has until the end of the month to make a decision to stay in the NBA draft or head back to Ann Arbor for another season. The NBA Combine kicks off today and goes through Sunday. If Charles doesn't make it into the Combine, he should head back to school, as it would be the exception to be drafted and not be invited to the Combine.
- Speaking of Michigan Basketball, they are looking to extend Coach B's contract. Which is a good thing!
- Michigan Basketball is also be participating in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-off in November with the likes of George Washington, Providence, South Carolina, Holy Cross, Norfolk State, Siena and Stony Brook.
- Long Commit Watch! 2019 Georgia 3 star CB DJ Turner II will announce his decision on 6/25. He has offers from the likes of Florida, Auburn, CAL, Clemson, FSU, LSU, Georgia, ND, Stanford, PSU, Oklahoma and more. That sounds like a 4 star list of schools to me. DJ is 5'11 and 170 pounds. He has a 100% crystal balls to Michigan.
