Michigan Basketball slipped just one spot in the AP Poll after it's loss to #1 Louisville. OSU is up to #3 and UNC dropped all the way to #17. Michigan's Saturday opponent Oregon is ranked #10 and Gonzaga is #6. MSU also fell to #16.
Michigan plays at Illinois tomorrow at 9:00 on BTN.
- 4 Star QB CJ Stroud who visited last weekend is expected to visit Ohio State this weekend. I don't think the Michigan coaches like their chances as they are brining in a 6'4 214 pound QB from NY named Dan Villari this weekend. Dan is currently not ranked and has a Buffalo offer and couple other offers like Albany. I would normally say this is probably for a PWO role, but this is an official visit and it seems an offer might be likely to fill the QB hole in the class.
Speaking of swings a misses on the recruiting trail, Jimmy and Gattis were not able to lock down 4 star TE Theo Johnson from Windsor. He is going to Penn State and the only way to rank that one up is as a big L.
- 2020 4 star forward recruit Terrance Williams is expected to visit Ann Arbor. He recently de-committed from Georgetown.
