Many Michigan Basketball players and recruits will be hitting the portal and decommitting. Which I say, good luck at your next stop! The Michigan Basketball program needs a complete reboot and losing players or recruits is not a concern at this point. Bring in new coaches and get new players in.
Dug, Michigan's top scorer who struggled in the classroom hit the portal as soon as it opened. Khani Rooths a 2024 recruit decommitted. George Washington 3 had jumped in the portal first. Good luck guys! Update: Tarris Reed has jumped in the portal as well!
Michigan's first Spring Practice as National Champions and under Sherrone Moore kicked off on Monday. Soon to be graduate, Eamonn Dennis Michigan WR has jumped into the portal with his degree and 2 years to play. Good luck Eamonn!
Spring Practice will go a long way to determining who will take snaps under center next season.
- Sounds like newly hired and suspended DL coach Greg Scruggs has a history of drinking and driving issues and could have a shorter stay in Ann Arbor then former MSU QB Dan Enos. The best story about Dan is he left Alabama for a role at Miami and didn't tell anyone. Saban didn't know he was gone until he didn't show up to a staff meeting.

That's not good to hear about Mr Scruggs, history with drinking issues.. I think the research should have been done there he shouldn't have been hired in the first place

Problem is Harbaugh raided the staff and the timing stunk! Many of the better assistants had already been hired by other programs and weren't going to leave. That being said, sure he should of been vetted. Again somebody remind me what Warde Manual does again?
Scruggs is vermin ... it's like 4th and 22 at you're 2-yard line, kick him square in the buttocks and make sure the door (iron) hits him on the way out. Take him out on unlimited trash day. If he is kept that is a joke (like Hoke)
There is a good, young, talented offensive line coach out there somewhere. Find him.
Funny how all the basketball players are bolting, as if losing wasn't their fault. Lol Shows all you need to know about their character (or lack of).
After watching J.J. play every Saturday for over 2 years, I knew he'd be a top 10 draft pick. Now all of a sudden these 'experts' have him skyrocketing into a top 3-5 pick, which tells me they probably never even watched him play. They might have looked at his stats, but these talking heads don't know shit, at least when it comes to Michigan.
JJ will get to Minnesota at 5 after they trade their 2 first round picks to Jim.
High Sierra- That could very well happen. I think J.J. will be the 3rd QB taken. I see Caleb Williams being another Russell Wilson. Not the worst thing, but he'll need to be in the right system to succeed.
I don't talk Lions much, but I couldn't see the harm in spending a 6th round pick to get Justin Fields. Could have installed some run plays just for Fields to be a nice change of pace from Goff.
