About two years ago, my wife and I were walking in Winter Park, Florida. If you are looking for a Florida Town that looks like downtown Ann Arbor, Winter Park is one you should check out. My wife has a watch that needed a repair and we had about an hour to grab some lunch and walk around Winter Park downtown. As you might imagine, there is a big park downtown and they were having some type of festival/farmers market that Saturday. We decided to check it out and started to walk towards the park. On that walk, I see a couple walking at us. The man looks familiar and then as I get closer, I see its Charles Woodson and his wife. I tell my wife, that is Charles Woodson and my mind starts racing.
What should I say?
- Hi Chuck?
- Hi Charles?
- I love your wine?
- Go Blue?
As I'm struggling to find the right greeting, Charles and his wife walk by us and I didn't say anything. I missed my shot of saying hello to my favorite Wolverine of all time. I got into my head and blew the greeting. (Go Blue was the proper greeting clearly) On a side note, I had no issue saying hello to Desmond at the Houston Airport after the National Championship last year. So I'm 1 for 2 on greetings to Michigan legends and Heisman winners. 😃
Earlier this week, I said Michigan should offer Mason Graham's brother whose family could become the next Glasgow's. Now, its time to offer another legacy recruit. 2027 WR/DB from Lake Nona, FL Charles Woodson, Jr. who received his first offer from Syracuse. No way Syracuse should be his first offer. Hello Sherrone?
- The ND-OSU National Championship game was down 12% viewers over Michigan's National Championship win the year prior. Michigan with another W.
- Aaron Glenn to the Jets. Former Jet now head coach.
- The coaches are on the road recruiting 2026 players and throwing out a ton of offers.
- Punter Watch 2025 continues.............

Michigan sales on TV now even better than Notre Dame.. Michigan could get their own TV contract just like Notre Dame, and get better TV ratings
Moore will probably copy Bo and have a DL punt the ball
Is CW's kid any good? I mean not every great athlete's kid(s) are great athletes themselves. I understand the legacy angle, but would it be better for him to go to a school where he can play rather than coming to his Dad's alma mater and sitting?
Very true.... quite a few legacy players "ride the pine" .... best legacy player was receivers Edwards.
