- Michigan's top cornerback prospect for the 2010 class Cullen Christian recently was offered by Ohio State. Cullen has pretty much said Michigan was his top school for the past 6 months, but some Michigan fans got nervous when "the Vest" came calling. Well, he told Mgoblog recruiting insider TomVH this weekend that Michigan is still his leader he will do his official visit to Ann Arbor for the Michigan game and then announce his college choice that next Tuesday. He feels he has a good opportunity to see the field early at Michigan. Guess what? He is right!
- What can we say about the Detroit Tigers? What a disappointing week. They have one chance on Tuesday to right the ship. I don't like our odds.
- Michigan deservedly dropped out of both polls
- I forgot to mention the play of walk-on safety Jordan Kovacs during the State game. He had an unbelievable day with 17 tackles, 2 1/2 for loss, and a forced fumble. That is an incredible performance by a student walk on.
- The Iowa game will be on ABC 8:00 Kick and Michigan is getting 7.5 points.
- It seems Zoltan made the decision to run during the fake punt.
- Congratulations to Chad Henne for his first win as NFL starter yesterday.
- No Buckeye Update this week: So I will give you my quick update. The OSU defense dominated Indiana and the offense turned turnovers and short fields into touchdowns. Pryor threw the ball well and Indiana wasn't able to continue it's strong preformance from the week before. The only negative for the Buckeyes was a couple of missed field goals from close range.
