Since this Saturday is one of Michigan's 2 premier home games left on the schedule, the hope is a number of big recruits might make it into Ann Arbor to catch the game.
- #1 Recruit in the nation Seantrel Henderson, OT is rumored to be one of the visitors. Of course, he has already been on campus during the summer and Michigan is not considered one of his finalist, even though insiders think Michigan still has a decent shot of landing him.
- Sheriff Floyd, DT was another player rumored to be contemplating a visit this weekend, but he told Rivals today that he is not interested in the Wolverines.
- Alex Smith, TE from Cincinnati is also planning a un-official visit for this weeks game.
- Tate says he is 100% healthy and ready to play on Saturday. He practiced on Monday, which he hasn't' done for the last few weeks.
- Former Michigan football player Justin Feagin was arraigned on drug charges and might be facing up to 20 years in another type of Big House.
- An mgoblog reader put together a good list of 2009 freshman that will be redshirted this year: OL - Lewan , OL - Washington, OL - Shofield, LB - C. Gordon , S/LB - I. Bell, CB - Turner, DE- Lolota, SR - Gallon, TB - Touisant, S - Gordon, K - Gibbons.
Did anyone catch Zack Novak's drunk during Michigan's Basketball Madness? It won the drunk contest.
