So the Trey Zeigler recruitment and mystery is over. He will announce his intentions to play for his father and "The Chips" today on ESPNU. Congratulations to Central Michigan on landing a Blue Chip prospect and just another disappointment for John Beilein and staff.
I guess you could say, this is just another disappointment in a year of disappointments for the Michigan Basketball team.
On a side note: Former Michigan player and current Baylor basketball player Ekpe Udoh has decided to enter the NBA Draft. Udoh is expected to be picked in the first round just outside the lottery. Which would be higher then Sims or Harris.
So bascially: Ekpe was a role player at Michigan, transfers to Baylor, sits out a year and works on his game, has a solid year with Baylor and now is a first round NBA prospect.
BTW: Today is the signing day for the late period. We will see if Jon Horford sends in his LOI to Michigan. There is a rumor that Izzo might be interested in him now.
