Tonight on the Big Ten Network they gave us some insights into Michigan's Fall Practice last week.
Here are some of my random thoughts:
- Austin White RB is also wingless.
- During the passing drill, I still think Tate was by far the best passer. Devin really impressed me in his accuracy. It seems he really has improved over the summer. I thought Denard was the least accurate (of course there was limited coverage on the drill).
- I was impressed by running back Vincent Smith's upper body strength.
- I would like to see the WR's making more catches, they seemed to drop a few ball.
- I thought the D-line played well during drills.
- It was sad to see Troy Woolfolk running around out there.
- Freshman Jibreel Black seemed to show flashes at DE.
- Mike Shaw looked fast at RB
- I liked Kelvin Grady at RB during the M Drill
Per RR's Press Conference:
- Tate got his Wings back at practice today.
- Still waiting on test results on Troy's injury.
- No WR's will move to corner.
- Some safeties had already moved to CB.
- They will have a scrimmage at the Big House on Saturday
- He wishes they could have a live scrimmage against another team.
