Big Ten Weekend Preview

This weekend doesn't give us any match-ups that will make national headlines.  But there are a couple of interesting games that will help dictate who ends up in Indy.

Big Ten Game of the Week:

Wisconsin at Purdue: (Purdue -2.5) Your first reaction might be, What?  How can this be the best Big Ten game of the week?   Here's the deal, this is like a Leaders playoff game on who makes it to Indy.   PSU and OSU are not eligible and Illinois/Indiana are not going to win the division.  That leaves Purdue and Wisconsin for the Big Ten Championship game in Indy.  Vegas has no idea on what to do with this game.  Purdue is favored at home after getting embarrassed by Michigan last weekend.   I'm betting on Wisconsin's running game over Purdue's QB shuffle.   Wisconsin 28 Purdue 14

Iowa at MSU (MSU -10):  This is a Legends Division key game.  Iowa is 1-0 and MSU is 1-1.   The Spartan's can't lose another Big 10 game with a trip to A2 next week and Iowa doesn't play well on the road.   MSU 17 Iowa 13

Northwestern at Minnesota: (NW -3.5)  Northwestern should have won the game against Penn State last week but let it slip away.  Minnesota isn't very good.  Blow out warning!   NW 31 Minn 10

OSU at IU (OSU -17.5)  Yikes!  OSU 41 IU 10

Nebraska and Penn State are off.

Michigan - Illinois will be previewed on Friday morning.

Michigan Thursday:  Will be up later today.
