Michigan Tuesday: NSD is One Day Away

What will the next 24 hours bring?

All 27 faxes being sent to Schembechler hall?
Anyone with cold feet?
A last minute offer?

It has been a fun and somewhat boring ride with this recruiting class.   It was headlined early by Shane Morris a 5 star QB and then went crazy one spring weekend when 8 commits filled the class overnight.  Then finished with the #1 running back in the country committing to the Wolverines last week.

There is always a negative and Michigan had two de-commits with David Dawson and then Gareon Conley.  David wanted to visit Florida and Gareon was just an Ohio kid that wanted to play in Columbus as soon as Urban Meyer woke up and offered him.  David realized he didn't want to go to school that far away from home after losing his father this past summer in a tragic auto accident and jumped back on the Wolverine Bus.

Right now Michigan has the #1 recruiting class in the country to Scout.

Plan for the day:

NSD is the largest traffic day here at the BHB.  I will start blogging at 7:30 or 8:00 updating everyone on which LOI's have been faxed in.

I will also give you updates on any last second changes or offers.   I will be updating early and often so keep checking in.

  • Don't forget that Michigan plays OSU tonight at 9:00 Crisler on ESPN.
  • Speaking of basketball they are #3 in the country in the latest AP poll.

Another sign the Michigan is done with the 2013 class is that the Michigan coaches just offered 2014 running back Shai McKenzie.   I'm betting we will see a QB offer go out later this week.
