Bellomy Tears ACL

I assume this isn't a April Fools Day Joke.

The Wolverine.com is reporting that back-up QB Russell Bellomy has torn his ACL.   Which leaves the Wolverines 1 scholarship QB on the roster.   "It's unfortunate, especially for a kid who battled through a tough injury last season and was having a really good spring," said Hoke. "We'll continue to support Russell and look forward to having him back on the field."

Memo the Michigan Coaching Staff:

  1. Please take Devin Gardner to class in a golf cart and no contact at all during practice.
  2. Send Share Morris the play book
  3. Contact the baseball team and see if anyone played QB in high school.

The Spring Game should be fun and full on nothing but shot gun snaps to the RB's.

Donnie Eaton an outfielder and pitcher on the Michigan Baseball team was a dual-threat quarterback in high school and was named all-area. Also he is the son of Don Eaton a Michigan football player for Bo Schembecler and the grandson of Don Canham.
