Michigan in the past has struggled with Indiana but always found a way to win. In a year nobody remembers IU was #13 in the country and beat the Wolverines. Which is more shocking? IU being #13 in the country or Michigan losing to IU? PUSH!
IU is not good and I don't think their magic voodoo doll will work on Saturday. Michigan played two very focused games on the road and will hopefully continue that trend at home on Saturday afternoon. IU has 2 chances in this one: a distracted Wolverine team and rainy-day turnovers. This is some slim pickings for Fox's Big Noon game of the week. Urban Meyer should not be allowed in Ann Arbor city limits.
Dear Jimmy,
Sounds like there is a new contract for you in the works that will be drawn up in the next few weeks. This is well deserved and you have done a tremendous job turning around this program after a slow start. Do me a favor and sign a contract with a huge buyout so that yearly threat of a move to the NFL can squashed for good.
On to Indiana, as this team has always been a pain in Michigan's side. I don't expect that situation this season as the talent chasm is wide. Which means I would like the Wolverines to work on a few things.
Can we get Blake 100 yards in 3 quarters please?
How can we get the TE's some more catches?
How about a traditional screen pass to Donovan?
It would be great to get one of the young WR's a big day catching the ball.
Please tell JJ not to run in this game at all
Let's get some other CB's work as the secondary is still a bit of a concern.
It looks like we are going to have a rain game on Saturday, so please have the team ready with plenty of dry gloves and footballs. This will be good practice for Michigan's tough November stretch. Possess the ball, eliminate mistakes, and play Michigan Football.
Michigan 48 IU 10
