Jim did a great job with the Chargers this year and got them to the playoffs. Yes, his QB and offense went a little sideways on Saturday and they lost to an underdog Houston. With everything going on in LA, you can't blame the players to maybe have their minds on that situation then the Texan's defense.
Jim in this off season will need to add some playmakers. When your #1 WR and playmaker is named Ladd, you have an issue with not enough playmakers. A young RB would be good, a rookie WR, and free agent WR is a must.
Not only that, Jim is planning on working on some health situations. He will have a cardiac ablation procedure and have his hip replaced.
Google AI has a summary of a cardiac ablation procedure as: Cardiac ablation is a minimally invasive procedure that treats irregular heartbeats, or arrhythmias. During the procedure, a catheter is inserted into a vein in the groin, arm, leg, or neck and guided to the heart. Electrodes are then placed in the heart to measure electrical activity and identify the source of the arrhythmia. Heat or cold energy is used to destroy the abnormal tissue, blocking irregular electrical signals and restoring the heart's normal rhythm.
Good luck with those Jim and watch out for those co-pays.

Wouldn't be surprised now that the Chargers season is over that Little Jimmy isn't out looking for another NFL job.
Wink's defense allowed only 17 pts a game last year, that's throwing out the two outliers in Texas and Oregon. Anyone that says that deserves a 'D' grade is obviously a casual fan and doesn't understand the mechanics of football.
Now, to wish you had a young and up and coming D.C. is like saying "I wish my wife was younger, hotter, and put out more". It's fantasy talk. Get a clue Bob.
1) Winks defense got BETTER as the year went on
2).The defense had multiple key injuries/ opt outs
3) First year coodinator learning his players AND oponnents
4) Having an offense that immediately gave the ball back to the opposing team and allowed no rest for the defense.
5. Outsmarted the biggest names in college football and rose to the occasion against rivals.
I honestly couldn't care less what the L.A. San Diego Chargers need to improve next year.
Mastermind are you MichiganMan 2.0....oh no you will be called Bucknut boy here on this blog by delusional fans
Your cherry picking. You can just ignore games cause it supports your opinion. Here let me play your game. Lets ignore the last 3 games of the season cause Northwestern is just ass, Ryan Day wanted to show Sherrone Moore how big his chandelier was and wanted to out Michigan Michigan, and Jalen Milroe is a slightly better version of Alex Orji and him declaring for the NFL draft is a joke. Not only wasn't he a great QB, but he wasn't a fit for Kalen DeBoer's offense. Without those games Wink's D gave up an average of 23 pts per game.
