There has been ice hockey and professional soccer played at the Big House. Even Slippery Rock played a game at Michigan Stadium. I always thought it would be a good concert venue for some major band getting back together. It would be a once in a lifetime event, like a Led Zeppelin reunion or maybe the Fat Boys. 😃
Michigan announced that on 9/27 that they will be hosting a Zach Bryan and John Mayer concert. That seems like a unique pair. John has been the lead singer for the Grateful Dead and I could see that being a concert. U2 maybe? I will just keep naming bands that performed at the Sphere in Las Vegas. Hometown hero Bob Seger is another one. Eminem and Kid Rock representing Detroit would've worked in my mind.
As long at it makes money for the UM and supports NIL, I'm for it!
- If you dumped cable and signed up for You Tube TV, you could lose CBS and the rest of the Paramount channels today. Not good for Big Ten Basketball or the NCAA Tournament.
- OSU did hire former Lions head coach Matt Patricia, the 85 year-old Wayne Fontes turned them down. 😂

Is Wayno still alive?
You know, I'm getting to the point where I'm about to say eff it to all sports on TV. Was able to watch the Purdue-Michigan game as Peacock premium is included with my Xfinity subscription, but I came really close to cutting the cable last month. This might be my last go round. Just pisses me off on how more and more of these sporting events are stream only. If that's the future, then I may just move on. Its all a money grab and I'm really kinda over it!
