I'm sure MSU leadership had plenty of reasons to fire Alan Haller as its AD. The football program has been a dumpster fire for the past couple of years. Jonathan Smith is solid but he doesn't have a great record in any of his stops. He was under .500 at Oregon State when MSU hired him.
AD's at major universities have to raise money for NIL and MSU pointed out that their next AD will have to have a track record of excelling in that area. That is code for, Alan couldn't raise enough money, so we had to show him the door.
- Deep on the bench back-up Alessandro Lorenzetti who jumped quickly into the transfer portal this spring as he kept moving from offensive line to defensive line, will take two visits to Coastal Carolina and Middle Tennessee State. As we know, Walker just transferred to Middle Tennessee State.
- Myles Hinton has signed his deal with the Eagles
