RR's Contract Finalized

Highlights:

• 6 Year contract
• $300,000 base salary
• Additional Compensation is $1.65m a year
• $550,000 deferred-compensation goes directly into a retirement account
• A written provision for the $2.5-million payment U-M is making to West Virginia for Rodriguez's buyout
• Private Box when they are completed
• U-M would pay $4 million to fire in him in any of the first three years, $2.5 million in year four, $2 million in year five and $1.5 million in year six. Should he leave on his own, he owes the university the same amounts across that scale.
