Michigan MASH Report: Hemingway "Doubtful"

Just when you thought it was safe to go back to the Big House for a Big Game................

Michigan released it's first NFL Style injury report on Thursday and Coach Rod spoke on his radio show.

Here is the MASH list:

Out:

Nader Furrha (shoulder)
Tim McAvoy (knee)
Fitzgerald Toussaint (shoulder)

Questionable:
Junior Hemingway (Ankle)

Probable:
Brandon Minor (Ankle)

The news got even worse on RR's radio show:

Regarding Junior (Michigan's top WR from WMU game who caught 2 TD's and had over 100 yards receiving), RR used the word doubtful:
"He's a big big-play guy for us, so we're hoping he can come back," Rodriguez said. "I don't know if he'll be ready this game. If not, hopefully the next game."

Regarding Minor:

"I don't know if he's 100 percent," Rodriguez said. "We'll see how he is in pre-game warm-up. If he's not limping around in pre-game we're going to play him."

This is bad news for the Wolverines on Saturday. Michigan needs both players and they might only have one or even none! They need Minor to run hard and Junior to stretch the field if they are going to beat a ranked Fighting Irish team on Saturday. Hello Roy Roundtree or JeRon Stokes?

Let's hope they heal quickly.
Also, Game captains for ND include: Kevin Grady, David Moosman, Tim North, and Stevie Brown.
