49'ers Contact Harbaugh

Have the 49ers made the first move on Jim Harbough?  Fox's Jay Glazer says that the 49ers have reached out to Jim and he is clearly their first choice.

D'oh! Can you just IMAGINE what ALL MICHIGAN FAITHFUL will think of Brandon if he doesn't get rid of Rich Rod *and* have a great coach/ Harbaugh already locked up?

By the way, I still think Rich is a quality coach but he will never fit in at Michigan. My SAT metaphor:

Rich Rodriguez is to coaching Michigan football as Tate Forcier is to quarterbacking Rich Rod's offense.

I would like to hear from just one of you bloggers that have any coaching experience at all and I don't mean your son or daughters pee wee league either.
Instant Gratification, thats what this whole thing is about, you can't brag at work or the neighbor or your brother in law, so you start a rebellion against the coach. I thought jungle warfare went out with Viet Nam but I guess not.
Obviously everybody has forgot about the DUI JH had a few years ago, oh yea there's your big "M Man" and yes we remember what happened to Gary Moeller with the same issue.
How can anybody either coach or play with this crap in their faces everyday, this society needs to wake up real soon or it will be lost forever.
I apoligize to anybody that I may have offended, but enough is enough.

Lol uncle ron, you're pretty funny.

Burger King pays about $7 or $8 an hour and there is no real pressure. But if your asking price is $2.5 million a year you better be flawless at refilling sodas and moping bathroom floors. And it better not take you 3 years to make sure the floors are ABSOLUTELY spotless every night. And I don't want to hear that it's because you don't have the right mop.

Listen dude, if RichRod gets fired it won't be the end of society as you claimed. We all face pressure in our jobs, the higher paid the more pressure. And if your position is a public one then people are going to have opinions about you and write about you, ask any politician.

Sorry for being an arrogant Michigan fan. Obviously if RichRod had accomplished a 15-22 record at USC, Florida, Alabama, Texas, or Notre Dame, he would most definitely not even be in consideration for being fired or blasted by the media. Only at Michigan.

I apologize that we can't keep you as a fan, I heard the Central Michigan Chippawas are ok with a 15-22 record. Try East Montana State University as well.

You obviously have this hang up about Burger joints and Wal Mart, man their people too, are you saying they are just second class citizens in your eyes.

"Uncle ron," stop claiming Michigan fans are atypically arrogant and egotistic compared to fans of other major college football teams. 22 losses in first 3 years on the job gets you fired in at least 80% of other top tier programs.

At this point I prefer a new coach but I don't have a problem with DB keeping RR. But I do have a problem with you making baseless claims about Michigan fans.

You can say that after I've read countless postings of bloggers that have no clue what their talking about, but it's their way of spouting off about issues they can only assume they know something about.
Like jumping on the bandwagon when the Freep came out with their sensational news, and crucifying the coach, only to find out it wasn't true afterall....now thats CLASSLESS.
Sorry racoon787 if I offended you. I certainly didn't mean to, because I do enjoy your postings generally.
Enough said will go watch the rest of our New coaches game.
