Monday morning at 8:00AM Michigan had two spots left in their 2013 class. They were looking for a DB, WR and/or RB. Penn State was about to get hit with an un-precedented NCAA penalty and their future was very much in doubt.
Fast forward to 1:00 Tuesday afternoon. It's open season on Penn State's roster, 2012 and 2013 recruits. One of those 2013 recruits has just filled the 23rd spot on Michigan's verbal commit list.
That recruit is 5'10 180 pound CB Ross Douglas from Avon, Ohio. Ross talked to the Michigan coaches this morning, put a plan together to visit ND, Wisconsin and Michigan this weekend and then changed his mind and committed to the Wolverines.
Ross is a 4 star prospect to Rivals, ESPN and 24/7. He is a 3 star to Scouts. His offer list included: PSU, BC, Cincy, UConn, IU, UK, Louisville, Maryland, Pitt, Nebraska, Tenn, Wisconsin and many more.
What is left for the 2013 class?
This means it's a race between Derrick Green and Laquon Treadwell for the last spot in the class. Green is expected on campus this weekend for the BBQ with his family. He has a ton of offers and been spending a bunch of time in SEC country. If he wants to be a Wolverine it sounds like his best shot will be committing this weekend.

Word is that there is room for 2 more in this class. So we could have both Treadwell and Green if they chose to be Michigan men.
