This isn't going to be a long preview as this is probably the worst team Michigan will play all year. UNLV is 0-2 with loses to Northern Illinois and UCLA. In somewhat of an ironic twist, BYU plays UCLA this weekend before they make the trip to Ann Arbor as well.
Tale of the Tape
Michigan everything vs. UNLV everything = Michigan
To add insult to injury, UNLV's #1 QB went down with an injury last week and UNLV's #2 came in and threw for 4 yards.
This game will be more about Michigan then UNLV. Since that is the case, here is what I would like to see:
- No QB/Offensive turnovers
- A solid CB replacement for Lewis
- Peppers better in coverage
- 300 yards rushing thanks to the offensive line
Well, their coach Tony Sanchez used to coach the #1 high school football program in Las Vegas and is where Snoop Dog's son played last year (he recently quit football after coming to UCLA as a 4 star WR recruit). Tony went from HS to being the head coach of a college football team. That doesn't happen everyday.
They will also be premiering new jerseys

This would have been a great week one opponent before Michigan played on the road against a top 25 opponent. That didn't happen and Michigan will have to settle getting better week three before a strong BYU team comes to town.
Michigan needs to play a complete game, win big and leave the game heathy. If your looking to take your kids to the Big House and want to find cheap tickets, this is your week. Weather should be nice, so find some $10 tickets and enjoy the game!
Michigan 42 UNLV 0
