Michigan Thursday: Lavall Jordan Is Leaving For UW-Milwaukee

Michigan Basketball lost one of it's top assistants this morning as Lavall Jordan has reportedly accepted the head coaching job at UW-Milwaukee.  The rumor is that U of D is also considering Bacari Alexander as it's next head coach.

It was time for change on Coach B's staff and these are welcomed promotions for both guys (if the UD thing happens).   Michigan will need to find a guy with a deep defensive background, maybe a guy that knows Syracuse's zone for example.   Good luck to Lavall and we wish him nothing but the best in Milwaukee.

  • Michigan Football hosted a University of Texas committed tight end for the Spring Game last week.  His name is Major Tennison and he is a 6'6 240 pound TE with the perfect name for UT.   If your a top rated TE, you have to be interested in playing in Jimmy's offense.   All 5/4 star TE's should visit Ann Arbor.   It would be major news if Jimmy pulls Major out of Texas.   Love the name!

  • Michigan has offered 4 star Safety/OLB prospect Brelin Faison-Walden from NC.

  • Coach B doesn't expect any more attrition but should know for sure in the next two weeks.  I guess Wagner could leave to play for the German National Team.  He also hasn't ruled out Spike coming back for another year.

  • 4 star TX OLB Baron Browning has Michigan in his top 10

If your a golf fan, enjoy the Masters starting today!

Big shout out to Tyrone Wheatley as a top recruiter for 2017!

I know Bob has shared this so not new, just exciting. It is awesome to have coaches and coordinators getting interviews and accolades.

It stinks to lose a good guys but thankful Harbaugh bringing in top talent.
