Another Verbal from Ohio

Isaiah Bell another DB/S from Ohio (Youngstown - Liberty) gives his verbal to Coach Rod to become a Wolverine next year. Isaiah is currently not ranked but most services speculate him to be a 3 star player. He is also a high school teammate of recuits LB Julius Ferrell and RB Fitzgerald Toussaint.
