- Rumors are that Scot Loeffler might leave the Detroit Lions to join Steve Sarkisian at Washington. Scot was the QB coach at Michigan from 2002-2007. Leaving the Detroit Lions is always a good thing!
- McGuffie will decide between Rice, Houston and Texas A&M in the next couple of days.
- Looks like 7"0 Freshman Ben Cronin will redshirt this year. Ben has been dealing with some health issues and has only seen limited action this year.
- As predicted former Michigan Assistant Stan Parrish was named head coach at Ball State. Stan has also been a head coach at Wabash, Marshall and Kansas State with an overall record of 57-41-3 as a head coach. His first game as head man at Ball State will be against the bowl game on 1/6 against Tulsa.
- JUCO prospect Pernell McPhee was supposed to sign his commitment letter this week, but has decided to keep his recruitment open for a few more days. This doesn't look good for a Michigan commit and the word on the street is that Florida is doing a full court press for Pernell.
- For those that got the new SI this week, Yes that is former Wolverine Lamarr Woodley on the cover. Nice job Wood!
