Wolverine Wednesday: Likes LTT

One of Michigan's top 2013 Offensive Lineman targets is Logan Tuley-Tillman.    LTT is 6'7 280 pounds and ranked 109 player in the country by Rivals.  His offer list includes Alabama, FSU, ND, OSU, Wisconsin, South Carolina, Tennessee and many others.     He lives in Peoria, Illinois and has already visited Michigan 5 times.

This past weekend he made it up with his mom: Well it was like my fifth time there. It was my mom's first time, and I know she pretty much had fun. I went through the whole thing, just the regular academic thing, then seeing the Big House. It was snowing, snowed out, but they had marked out the 'M', so it was nice seeing it like that.

So it sounds like Michigan has a pretty good shot right?  Well, he is planning on coming back to Ann Arbor this weekend and has already confirmed for all 6 home games next season.   I guess it's an easy trip for him since he can catch the train right to Ann Arbor.

So your first thought might be; why hasn't he committed yet?  Well, LTT likes to take visits to other places.  I think he has been to OSU, IU, Illinois and Alabama already.  He wants to make it out to USC and take all his officials before he makes a decision.   As you know, Michigan has a rule that when you commit you don't take any other visits and it seems LTT understands and respects that policy and doesn't want to pull the trigger too fast.

If you would like to hear from LTT and his Mom check out the WTKA Podcast interview from this past weekend.  Seems mom is for her son going Blue.

Michigan will not be caught like last year with not enough OL offers on the street and are offering a ton of prospects right now.   As of last count, Michigan has 16 OL offers on the street right now.

  • David Dawson from Cass Tech just picked up an Alabama offer.   He is planning to be in Ann Arbor this weekend.  He has yet to be offered by the Wolverines or Spartans.
