A week ago, Michigan fans were a little disappointed that none of the commits committed during the first recruiting weekend of the Harbaugh era. The coaches made up for lost time this weekend and they reeled in 3 commits.
- QB Zach Gentry a former Texas commit.
- DE Ruben Jones a former Nebraska commit
- OL Nolan Ulizio a former UConn commit

What's next?
Well it all depends on how many kids they are really going to take in this class. The coaches were telling recruits they were going to take a total of 12 spots. What is interesting is the two guys that enrolled early can use scholarships from the 2014 season if there are two open or two scholarships from the 2015 season. Michigan has the option to do either.
Mgoblog is saying this class could reach 16-17 guys. I doubt they will go that high, unless the 5 star guys want to jump on board. Needs include: DE, WR,
Who is still left on the board?
I like to rank the recruits like an NFL draft board. This is purely my take on which recruits the coaches rank the highest.
1. Mike Weber - Jimmy called him on the flight to Michigan. He is keeping things close to the vest and may stick with OSU commit.
2. Iman Marshall - just visited a week ago, still probably an USC lean.
3. Chris Clark - visited UCLA this past weekend and will announce on ESPNU on signing day. Jimmy will have an in home with him this week. Might be a slight UCLA lean at this point.
4. Ty Wheatley, Jr. - He is visiting everyone but Michigan. Michigan also has a new commit from a DE this weekend and also just hosted a TE/DE combo player in Jake Pickard. Not sure what is going on with his recruitment and Michigan at this point.
5. Roquan Smith - visited a week ago and will announce on NSD. Michigan is in top 3.
6. Damon Arnette - visited a week ago, still committed to South Carolina.
7. Jake Pickard - visited last weekend and still is a Wisconsin soft commit. Could commit before signing day.
8. Chris Williamson - visited last weekend and is a "hot" non-committed player right now.
9.
10
11.Auden Tate - likes Michigan but probably too late to flip the FSU commit. Already used his official visit to Michigan this Fall.
There is one visit weekend left before signing day, at this point I have not heard about a ton of visitors. This could be a really fun signing day!

Justice Hayes announced his intention to transfer....
Does that free up another scholarship for this class?
