Michigan Tuesday: Game Week Questions

The Wolverines practiced on Monday morning in Ann Arbor and then headed out to PHX.  There was a short media press conference that was highlighted by a little boy, not asking a question but making a statement.  "Coach Harbaugh, you are my hero!" He was so proud of it, he said it twice (as the players and Coach Harbaugh didn't hear him the first time).

As we are now in the final days until kickoff, I thought I would list a few questions that need to be answered prior to Saturday at 4:00.

Is the cast off Donovan Edwards right hand?  He was at the press conference and used his left, but kept his right hand under the table.  There was a rumor he had surgery after the Purdue game on his right hand.

Is Mike Morris healthy and playing on Saturday?

Were there any injuries during bowl practices or during the Big Ten Championship?  Peppers hamstring was the difference in a 1-point Orange Bowl.

Any chance that Hill-Green will play LB?  He has been out all year.

Does Jesse Minter have a solid game plan for TCU's offense?

Is Mullings the #2 RB right now or just the power back?

Is Schoonover 100% heathy?

  • Did you know former Michigan RB David Underwood is on TCU's S&C Staff?
  • Mike Mallory is now the Broncos Special Teams coach for at least 2 games.
  • Seems like a bowl game, missed a 12:00 window for a game on Monday.
  • Sonny Dykes believes TCU is the faster team
  • Many thought transfer TE Louis Hansen would end up with Don Brown at UMass, instead he picked UConn.
  • Purdue picked up former Texas QB Hudson Card.
  • A yearly tradition Harbaugh's name has been connected to both the Indy and now Denver jobs.
  • ESPN announcers for the game are Sean McDonough and Todd Blackledge.
