Michigan Tuesday: Is Offense Line U

When Harbaugh got to Michigan, his first goal was to rebuild the offensive line.   I can remember years and years writing on this blog, "only if the offensive line holds up".   That was a long time ago and now PFF College reports that Michigan now has the most offensive lineman on NFL Rosters.  Currently, that number sits at 15.

  • I've been a little sceptical of Sherrone's urgency to use to the portal to fill needs for next season.  He has added a kicker and an FCS WR (I'm really not counting Walker who came back).  Michigan needs depth at CB, Safety, and WR.  The latest is that MSU DB Jaden Mangham will visit Ann Arbor after trips to OSU and Nebraska.  It might be weird for an MSU player to transfer to Michigan but its happened before.
  • Another indication Bowl's are getting out of hand and just scrimmage.  The Arizona Bowl is now sponsored by Snoop Dogg and Gin & Juice.
  • Iowa is looking to Northwestern's roster for its next QB in Brendan Sullivan who is visiting Iowa City today.

Would Brandon Sullivan be an upgrade over Alex Orji? The last time we had this much mystery at QB at Michigan was Joe Milton, and we know how that ended.
