Jim won his first NFL game after his return to the league and Mike MacDonald won his head coach debut as the Seahawks Head Coach. Neither game was easy on the eyes but a Win is a Win.
Congrats to Sparty who upset Maryland on the road. They made a good hire in East Lansing and a guy that will worry more about the X and O's than the other instate school.

Butch is going to bring in a talented dual-threat QB in Jaylen Raynor who leads the team in passing of course and also rushing. Michigan will need to spy him with one if its speedy LB's. Butch dreamed of being a head coach in the Big House while he worked in Big Rapids and Mt. Pleasant. Now he is counting on Michigan having a hangover from the Texas game and will overlook the Red Wolves.
- Looks like the game we were hoping to get on Saturday was played Sunday night at Ford Field. Was hoping to see Blake take a few snaps at RB.

- Are you aware there is a conflict between Comcast/Xfinity and BTN about the former PAC 12 teams now in the Big Ten? Some viewers have those games blacked out in certain markets.

I think Michigan will take care of Arkansas State. Congrats to harbaugh and McDonald for their win!... Seemed like a lot of the rookie quarterback had difficult time throwing the ball in the NFL yesterday. Love to see Michigan. Try out a new quarterback for this week

Gotta throw out some Tombstone here. Remember when Wyatt Earp smacks the Billy Bob character in the mouth and says "you going to do something or stand there and bleed?" UM has been Wyatt for the last few years. Saturday, Texas was Wyatt and punched us in the mouth. So do we fight back or stand there and bleed? I think we'll fight back. Remember after the '97 Natti we got blown out our first two games, then the team battled the rest of the year. I hate losing but am excited to see how this team gets back up off the floor.
one more thing; stop listening to $uckeye people. They are a classless program that has always paid people to be there. Other than Cedar Point, there is nothing about that gawt-forsaken place worth a damn. Their program is morally bankrupt and their fans resemble the program...just ignore them.
Piling on Wink: the other thing I've been seeing is several analysis of the Texas game, specifically the D. Its hard to tell from watching TV, but what many of the analysts are saying is what made MacDonald and Minter so good, is they showed one thing presnap and then did something else post snap. What Wink is doing is lining up and showing you what he's going to do, and then does it. Very little deception! Its pretty easy to defeat a blitz if you know where its coming from, you just call the play to go where the blitzer is coming from.
