Michigan Tuesday: Brandon Graham is Expected to Retire Today

Brandon Graham was sacking quarterbacks when Rich Rod was the head coach at Michigan.  That seems like a million years ago.  He is now a 2 time Super Bowl champion and has played 15 years in the league.  He is an Eagles Legend and today is expected to retire from the NFL.   Way to go out on top big Michigan Man and Congratulations on your Hall of Fame career!    I hope you still want to be around football and maybe become an assistant coach in Ann Arbor? Update: News confirmed!

  • Michigan Baseball player Mitch Voit has had a fun week.  He has been crushing the baseball but jokingly pretended to snort the third baseline after hitting a triple.  He apologized for the act.

Looking back on last week's Big Ten basketball championship tournament gives me the horror of what we might face in the future of a national football championship. We'll put so many teams in it that someone will get hot at the end and win the damn thing when they're not deserving of it at all. Let's face it Michigan was not the best team in basketball in the Big Ten this year. They just got hot when it counted at the end. My opinion, it's your body of work, not three games at the end.

True, but many teams don't put an emphasis on their conference tournaments. Some have even called to the conference tournaments to go away. Problem is they are money makers for both TV networks and the conferences. Teams that think they can make a deep run in the NCAA tournament, don't want to tired themselves out by making a run in their conference tournament. Michigan was never destined to make a deep run in the NCAA tournament as its a flawed team. So hanging the B1G tournament banner is a nice accomplishment for a team that was driven into middle earth by Juwan!
