He came to Michigan's camp this summer and now will give Michigan 1 Official visit for the Utah game and One Un-Official visit for the MSU game.

I would say he is serious about coming to Michigan.

This is going to be interesting. It's looking more and more like RR would take 3 QB's in this class.
