Yes this is going to become a regular "stick"/feature here at BHB. When something rubs me the wrong way, I will have a regular post in Ice Cube's honor: you betta check yo’ self before you wreck yo' self.
This week feature is on bumper stickers. What in the world posses people to put some sticky sign on their rig's bumper? I saw one today that said; "if your not outraged, your not paying attention". They were right, I think $4 Million is too much for a buyout! I am outraged!
I don't care if your a Republican or Democrat keep your political thoughts in your head and off your car. For those that love to support their University with a sticker on the their car - make sure it's a nice car. If you are sporting an 81 Accord and have a Harvard sticker on the back, your not really sending the right message to the boys back in Boston. (no Tommy this wasn't a crack at you, I'm sure you doing a fine job)
Enough with the boy taking a leak on a Chevy or a Ford. There is no reason for it.
I'm glad your kid made the honor roll at the XYZ academy. Hopefully, he or she is smart enough not to put a bumper sticker on their car when they are old enough to drive.
I'm happy that your "all country" and listen to a certain radio station. But it doesn't need to be on your car.
Your vehicle is one of the larger investments you have, don't throw some sticky sign on it that will peel or fade the paint. Support your team (or driver) by wearing your favorite gear or jersey, don't class down your ride by throwing a sign on the back bumper. So the next time your at Cedar Point and the guy comes around and says can I put "I rode the Big (insert new ride here) today" bumper sticker on your car. Just say no!
