Michigan Looking at 3 Jr's for 2010 and Hill looking to leave

Michigan has 3 offers out to high school Juniors from the state of Michigan. One could be the best tailback in the nation, one is a local boy, and the other is a highly ranked dual threat QB.

First is Livonia Stevenson running back Austin White (who has two brothers at MSU). He started his Junior year by carrying the ball 22 times for 242-yards and five-touchdowns in a win over Livonia Franklin last week. Austin also attended the Michigan - Utah game on Saturday.

"I like Michigan a lot, and they're definitely one of the top schools that I'd like to go to,” White said.

Second, is home town boy Jeremy Jackson who is a Huron River Rat and the son of Michigan coach Fred Jackson. Jeremy is a top WR and already has offers from Florida, Texas, Louisville, Iowa and Minnesota.
“I never expected it from Michigan that early," Jackson said. "I didn't really expect it because I was an underclassmen and I wasn't even thinking about school.”
Third is the 6-4, 195-pound Inkster quarterback Devin Gardner. Devin was recognized as a top QB prospect in this class after his performance at the Nike and Elite 11 camps this summer.
"I was really excited,” Gardner said. “Michigan is big-time, whether it be for football or even if you just say you went to Michigan, everyone gets excited."

In other news it looks like RB Michael Cox is planning to stay a Wolverine but LB Taylor Hill is or has left the Michigan program due to being a little home sick. Taylor is a 4 star LB/DE recruit from Youngstown, Ohio. I'm guessing Taylor heads to a MAC school or maybe even Youngstown State. If he goes to OSU he would have to pay his own way. More to come on this story.......
