Big Ten Weekend Preview

I still can't believe Minnesota is 8-2 and ranked this late in November.   This sure has been an interesting Big Ten season.


Big Ten Game of the Week:

Wisconsin at Minnesota:  Stop the presses there are two ranked teams playing each other in the Big Ten and it doesn't involve the Ohio State Buckeyes.    Yes, the 16th ranked Wisconsin Badgers travel to the #25 ranked Minnesota Golden Gophers.   This is going to be a close game where two power teams battle it out!  Yea, not so much.  Vegas is not buying the Golden Gophers and giving them 16.5 points at home against the running attack of the Badgers.  Guess what?  I agree with Vegas.  Wisconsin 38 Minnesota 14


Michigan State at Northwestern:  MSU is heading to the Big Ten Championship game and Northwestern will be home for the holidays after starting 4-0.   This game had the making of great one when the schedule turned out but only the Spartans held up their end of the bargain.  Northwestern is struggling on offense and now get to face the #1 defense in the country.  Not a good sign.   Still Vegas is only giving the Wildcats +7 points.  They must not be buying MSU's offense yet.   If your in Sin City, put money on MSU to win this one in a blowout.   MSU 28 Northwestern 6


Indiana at Ohio State:  Really?  OSU is -34.5.  Yep.   OSU 51 IU 28

Nebraska at Penn State:  This game is interesting.  Only the Wolverines can make the Cornhuskers and Nittany Lions look good.   Penn State plays much better at home then they do on the road.  The Cornhuskers are weird and you never know what they are going to do.  Vegas doesn't know what to do with this game as they are making PSU at -2 favorite.  I think Penn State pulls this one out at home.  PSU 21 Nebraska 20
