I just got off the phone with more sources tonight. It's done. Jim Harbaugh is coming to Michigan - and his friends are flying in Monday.

I guess EPSN's John Clayton  also said on ESPN radio today it was 100%.

Of course, ESPN is yet to break the news and since there isn't ink on paper, I guess it's not 101% done but it's done.  He is coming home.

Jay Glazer of course is saying that Oakland will take their shot at Jimmy as well still.

I'm confident Jimmy is coming home.   What a wonderful way to end a terrible football season for the Wolverines.

It's amazing how these NFL know it all's won't admit anything...it's just mind blowing how they can't admit someone would rather coach college over NFL..

let alone ESPN wanting to admit the highest paid coach will be in the Big Ten. this is such prestige for the conference not that it's really gonna help the wolverine win loss record.

Kudu's and thank you to BIGHOUSEBLOG and another, for saying this is doable for a long time, (giving us hope while we waited). All the little tid-bit information proved to be valid. The major newspapers made it seem unlikely that Harbaugh would join Uof M till the very end. Atleast on this one, the power of the blogs beat the newspapers soundly.

Its pretty interesting to see the feedback from some uncommitted recruits... Chris Clark for one.... It kinda looks like Jim might not need to spend a lot of time recruiting to fill the small class.

It may take a couple years, but the tides in the Big 10 are a turning!
