Scout released it's top 300 players for the 2013 class back a few months ago. Now they have released new updated rankings and some players have dropped and some have risen in Michigan's class.
Your first question might be: How can a player jump or drop spots in the off season without playing a down of real football? Most of these rankings are based on your junior year performance and high profile regional camps/combines. Michigan Blog Touch the Banner gives us the updates on the rankings.
The Big Michigan Jumps are David Dawson from #274 in the country to #178 and Jourdan Lewis from #251 to #173.
Some of the drops includes: LTT (who has an injury) from #153 to #190 and Dukes from #287 to #294.
Taco is still a 3 star and not in the top 300. That surprises me after some good work in the latest camps/combines.
- Demar Dorsey Update: He is headed to Hawaii to play for the Rainbow Warriors. Good for him and I hope it works out.
