Big Ten Preview Week 7

As you know Michigan is off this week and some would argue they have been "off" all season.  (Stop being so negative Bob!).  Sorry!  The real big game this weekend is that Ohio State travels to Oregon.   Penn State at USC is also worth a peek.

Friday Night Big Action:

Northwestern @ Maryland (-10.5):  I think Maryland is a decent team but haven't watched them once this year.  I really like Northwestern's temporary stadium which they can't take on the road.  Maryland 24 Northwestern 9

Saturday:

Washington @ Iowa (-3): Didn't UW beat Iowa last weekend?  (Bob?) Sorry must be the Hurricane. UW 21 Iowa 17

Wisconsin @ Rutgers (-2.5): So Rutgers is the better team in this match-up?  That can't be accurate.  Wisconsin 20 Rutgers 12

Penn State (-4) @ USC:  I see a trend here with the PAC 12 to Big 10 teams.  They play well at home, not on the road.  USC 31 PSU 28

Purdue @ Illinois (-23): Wow Purdue is terrible.  Illinois 28 Purdue 3

OSU (-3) @ Oregon:  OSU hasn't played anyone yet and the Ducks at times have struggled but keep winning.  The Ducks are at home.  Oregon 41 OSU 31

Minnesota (-5) @ UCLA: PJ had the biggest win of his career last weekend.  UCLA is at home but are not good.  Minnesota 14 UCLA 13

PSU @ USC has some interesting story lines. In big games James Franklin is a boner, but is this a big game? USC lost to Minnesota and was trailing at half time, at home against a bad Wisky team. Will PSU pound another nail in the USC fraud coffin?

I wanted Rincon Riley in Michigan. No thanks USC could keep them

I'm 100% confident we'll beat the Univ of Bye this weekend!

Chowman: Your comment (yesterday) calling college football "NFL Lite" struck home with me .....that's exactly what is has become. Sad but true!

Any thoughts on the Michigan staffer filmed yelling at the Washington fans? Not a good look, but I don't know what was said to start it. Either way, should be focused on the game and not the fans.
