Michigan Tuesday: Woodley and Hart Rising

When NFL teams passed on LaMarr Woodley in the NFL draft, I knew they would end up regretting it.   If you remember, LaMarr was a second round pick and the 46th pick overall in 2007 draft to the Pittsburgh Steelers.  In his short NFL Career, LaMar has had 136 tackles, 29 sacks, and 1 interception. The USA Today says don't be surprised if LaMarr is the highest paid defensive player next year.   LaMarr is on a list with a number of other young stars in the NFL.  Congratulations to Wood and I hope he gets that big check!

  • RIP to Bob Probert.  Sad to see a guy pass at 45.

  • Mike Hart is ready for new NFL Season with the Colts"I'm always happy and this is probably the healthiest I've been since I've been on this team," he said.  "I'll be fighting for a position on this team, just like always."  Head Coach, Jim Caldwell weighs in on Mike:  "He's a guy who has a real solid football instinct about him," coach Jim Caldwell said. "He has a knack for understanding how the game should be played. He's got a great knack in terms of his vision and ability. He knows himself. He's obviously a guy who has great passion for what he does."
